The History of the Sylvan Grove Public Library

A Library was organized in the fall of 1925 per Tuesday Club. a number one library was housed inside a central room above the Sylvan State Bank. Within 1938, the city took all over a library & it was moved to a sou'-east corner room of the bank. Inside 1949, the fund-raiser was held to buy many centred books. inside Dec,1 1956,the library was moved to its present lovation in City Hall.
